About Our Career Classes
Where are our classes held?
All our IMPROV FOR CAREER classes are taught in New York City by our experienced and highly-trained Corporate Improv facilitators who are also fantastic improv teachers.
In 2025, we will launch Virtual Classes, open to anyone, anywhere!
How long are they?
They are a variety of different lengths. In-person classes range from half-day (4.5 hours) sessions to a 3-session series (3 hours each). Virtual classes range between 1 - 1.5 hours.

Who teaches them?
Our Team is made up of experienced, passionate instructors who have both training in improv as well as business coaching and facilitation.

IMPROV FOR PUBLIC SPEAKING classes are led by Michael Goldfried, an acclaimed director, corporate workshop leader and public speaking coach. He works privately with performers and business professionals and at Fortune 500 companies such as Capital One, American Airlines, Mass Mutual and IBM.
Michael utilizes empathic conversation, improvisation skills, performance technique and his background as a professional director to help people access their bravery, creativity and communication skills—taking their career and work life to the next level.

Holly demonstrates a unique blend of expertise as a corporate consultant and trainer, and improvisation instructor and technician.
Additionally, she was trained at the world-renowned improv instiution, The Groundlings, in Los Angeles. She founded and headed the longest-running improv school in New York City, and is respected professor at Pace University in Manhattan. Her distinctive fusion of improvisational skills with cutting-edge business acumen, cultivated through the study of diverse organizational methods, sets her apart in her field.
She has worked along side notable performers such as Will Ferrell, Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy and has worked with notable companies such as IBM, GE, Walt Disney Studios and Apple.
Whether it’s for a top company or a boutique start-up, she designs each and every tailored, bespoke program that we deliver.

There are no refunds after 48 hours from the time of purchase.
If you need to give up your spot in a workshop, you have up until 6 days before the workshop to do so. You then have 6 months to reapply your registration toward another Improv for Career workshop we offer.
You may transfer your spot to someone else by sending us their name and contact information.
If you are asking your company to pay for part or all of the class, we are happy to help provide the necessary information and documentation needed.
