ONE QUESTION STARTED IT ALL: What if the fastest way to build human skills wasn't a workshop — but an experience?

THE INSIGHT. Our founder, Holly Mandel, lived in two worlds: professional improvisation and corporate leadership. She saw the gap — companies investing in strategy and technology while their most irreplaceable asset went underdeveloped. Human skills. The ones AI can't replicate.

THE METHOD. Immersive, interactive experiences that develop the skills that matter most: communication, collaboration, creativity, agility, and presence. Improv principles — stripped of awkwardness, distilled to their essence.
