WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP SERIES
Unleashing Confidence, Innovation, & Impact

It is well-known that there still exists a gap in the business sector in terms of women in leadership and decision-making positions. While there are many inroads to address this issue, unpacking gender expectations and its effects on confidence, perfectionism, leadership, and innovation is key.

Holly's work has had consistent success with groups of women in all sectors of business, exploring the structures within themselves and discovering the parts (as with each of us) that are not inhibited by the debilitating need to get everything right, please everyone, be liked, say what others want to hear, follow shoulds instead of authentic inspirations, and succumb to the unspoken subtle competitions between one another that arise.

THE WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM includes a multi-media presentation, GOOD GIRLS AREN'T CEOs, and a workshop series. They can be taken separately or together as a package.

PRESENTATION: "GOOD GIRLS AREN'T CEOs"

LEADERSHIP. CONFIDENCE. INNOVATION.

What fosters it, builds it, unleashes it? What inhibits it, stifles it, undermines it?

In every significant field, women still seem to be stalling out at what has been coined the "16% Ghetto" - the amount of women holding leadership positions. In some arenas, that number is going backwards.

Holly's work has been and continues to be in unpacking and understanding WHY that is...and then moving that needle. Significantly. And quickly.  In this dynamic, thought-provoking and inspiring talk, Holly explores the historical, psychological, and social origins of "the Good Girl". She unearths how "the Good Girl" inhibits women's leadership capabilities, blocks innovative thinking, and undermines authentic confidence.

She traces her own journey in discovering a persistent “voice” that shows up in all women that holds us back from our edge, from being the confident leader that lies within, from living autonomously free from ‘shoulds’, and from a deep trust and bond with other women.

Then, an exploration of what lies beyond "the Good Girl” which too lives in all women - the free, fearless, bold, decisive, and self-directed part - and what it takes to access it and strengthen it. So that women become it.

• the talk includes a powerpoint presentation

• it is followed by a discussion and inquiry

• a workshop series is available for continual growth & empowerment

• the talk is typically 60 minutes but the length can be customized

WORKSHOPS: BREAKING THROUGH GENDER EXPECTATION

These are powerful, inspiring, hands-on workshops which allow the participants to further investigate, explore, and experience the concepts brought up in the presentation: the "Good Girl" and what lies beyond her.

Women who engage in these sessions will:

  • understand the different strategies and motives operating within, based on our different value structures
  • trust their ideas, impulses and decisions
  • identify more clearly where to locate the part of themselves that is free, bold, fearless, and holds authentic confidence
  • discover how to strengthen their authentic confidence & their voice
  • experience a deeper trust and understanding between one another
  • participate and contribute more fully and freely, less inhibited and hesitant

It takes numerous factors to create a shift on this level - having women in important, decision-making, leadership roles is a game-changer.
